Long, beautiful, hand-painted candles from the Danish candle foundry Kastanielys.
After production, these candles have been hand-painted by a former royal porcelain painter . They are therefore completely unique and cannot be obtained elsewhere.
On Sjællands Odde is a candle foundry with the most beautiful view over the Kattegat. Here Rikke and Christiana dip and cast their handmade candles in fantastic quality. The candle foundry has developed their methods since 1992 and with quality in the forefront, they cast the best candles we can obtain in Denmark.
In production, they use a traditional method of tensioning wicks, which are dipped until the lights take shape. They are meticulous and skilled and that can be seen in the lights!
